BODE

Within the high-development epicenter of the SoBro (South of Broadway) neighborhood in Downtown Nashville, a 40-unit condo building was transitioned into a short term rental community to support the ever expanding hospitality market in Nashville.

DAAD converted two of the four existing carport structures into a common “Hub” where guests and locals alike could find essential groceries, an all-day coffee shop/cafe, a cocktail bar, and outdoor lounge areas. The program concept is a direct reflection of current group travel habits, and is the first of many locations for Bode around the country.
