Madison Square

Nashville, Tennessee (Germantown Neighborhood)

Located in Nashville’s first neighborhood, this project entails 18 flats and townhouses built around a central courtyard square. There are nine flats (690 s.f. each) and nine townhouses (1280 s.f. each) built around the square on the .4 acre site. The development offers a more affordable product to a higher end market, thus adding diversity to the neighborhood, yet not sacrificing architectural integrity.

This project completes the end of a block in Germantown, adjacent to two other multi family and mix use developments built within the last 4 years. The square and garden are richly detailed to provide a soft amenity to owners. Environmentally sensitive construction techniques have been utilized, and the parking area is pervious to manage site runoff.

The exteriors of Madison Square offer modern details yet are complementary to the surrounding historic structures, offering a new contemporary model of housing for Germantown. The interiors have modern and sustainable finishes that maximize views to downtown Nashville.
