Located in one of NashvilleÕs most vibrant neighborhoods, this project offers a series of flats and 2-story penthouses ranging from 600 to 2,250 square feet, totaling 38 units. The fifty two thousand square foot, four story structure rests on top of a below-grade parking garage, which houses all of the tenant parking on the 0.6 acre site. The development brings a wide variety of options for contemporary urban urban living to an area with a very diverse demographic and lifestyle.
This project features an intricately detailed interior courtyard arranged on top of the parking garage, and provides either a balcony or roof terrace to connect each unit with the activity of the neighborhood and clear views to downtown Nashville. A free standing carriage house was included in the courtyard taking cues from nearby historical examples in the neighborhood. This is another project that DA|AD successfully executed with Core Development on time and on budget with excellent market response.
The modern interior finishes utilize environmentally responsible construction techniques and fixture specifications. The building exterior combines contemporary styling with classic architectural form, to seamlessly blend in with the historic neighborhood context of Hillsboro Village.
